Here is a basic explanation of how to Write a Page in Your Wordpress Dashboard:

(1)  Proceed to the Page Menu of the Dashboard .  Here is the Navigation Order to Create a New Page:  From the Main Dashboard Panel -> Pages -> Add New.

(2)  Name the Page.  You will see a title address area at the top of the screen.  Enter the title of your Page here.

(3)  Write your Page.  I normally install the FCK Text Editor in all my sites, as I mentioned in the Post Section, I will update this instructional area to include the use FCK Text editor Plugin.  Put the cursor in the Text Area, and Start Writing!!!  Within your Page, you can control font types, font sizes, font colors, import images, create hyperlinks, and other variations that you will find at the top of the editor.  Have fun and get creative!

(4)  Save the Page.  You will see a blue disk icon on the top left hand side of the editor.  Click on the disk icon to Save your Entry.

(5)   Publish the New Page to Your Wordpress Site.  Click the “Publish” button on the right hand side of your browser window.  The Page you created should now be "Live" and available to be seen by other visitors to your site.

(6)  Other things to look at.  As with the Post creation, there are other simple variables within the Page portion of the Dashboard.  Have fun…  And try to get a understanding of the possibilities!!!
